Location and Ambience is good but food quality is very bad and horrible I had order Thai soup they served me Chinese soup even soup was thin like water and French fries they coat with cornflour I had never seen before in any hotel or restaurant I had plans for dinner but when I ask for food item from their menu they can't explain because they doesn't know what they have in their menu I had order triple rice they was explaining me about Hunan rice if they doesn't know about the menu and food recipe then please don't misguide the guest for the wrong food .my name is Sandeep Jacob and I am the executive chef of Grand Hyatt from Mumbai that day my wedding anniversary was there and I had cancel the dinner from that restaurant and after that I had gone to Haveli . I thought it's a restaurant of haveli group so it will same or good as other restaurant of haveli group. But I am totally disappointed after having my lunch on 19/10/2017. I ordered a chicken biriyani, a plate of chicken tikka masala and a butter naan. The butter naan they have served is disgusting, it was burned totally and thinner than a normal roti. The chicken tikka masala they served it was also very hard, I think it is frozen and fried. I have told about the issue to the manager but he neglected it,and told this the quality they have.
