We recommend highly every one visiting Darjeeling to stay there. Better you stay there in Batasia and then share transport to n from Darjeeling Mall road. It is impossible to drive n find a parking in Mall road. And Blessed home hotel is located just opposite the Batasia loop which is a beautiful place to sit n enjoy the beautiful garden, see the toy train coming n going, it is a UNESCO world heritage. So even you decide to stay at hotel younstill have something to do it you want. The rooms are very good, spacious and very comfortable. You can have family rooms with 3 beds too. Bedsheets and towels perfectly cleaned n changed regularly. And you have a parking too. Parking is rarer than gold there. The owner will always manage to get your car parked. Is is very safe to walk around, many restos n bar around too. The owner, manager, Samuel, will spare no effort to help you and make of your stay the most memorable one. The staff is very sympathetic and efficient. Cleanliness is very good, good hot water, the food is super good and you may ask them in advance to prepare what is not on menu. We stayed a whole week and every day we were ordering something new. It is a big advantage. It is really the place to be. High value for money. Feel like part of the family. We will not name anyone because they are all good. Only problem you must book in advance because it is always full. We feel over blessed to have got opportunity to stay at the Blessed Home Hotel. We will...

He insisted on room payment 2 months ahead of stay while the terms of booking clearly in bold mentioned pay at property clause
Even went on to threaten that I will not allow u to enter to hotel property if u have a problem with the conditions u go anywhere else,
Spoke on call in a loud rude and harsh tone, yelling his lungs out not listening to the other person and abruptly disconnected the call.
Such terrible behaviour while the terms have been set by these very people to attract customers to book their accomadation, ahead of time and what is most shocking is the fact that he vividly told me himself that this is a new property and that I would probably be the first guest there.
There is seriously a hugely long way to go for such Indian hotels before they should even be given a license to operate, complete goons, disrespectful, and not worthy of a...
