HOTEL GOOD MORNING — Restaurant in West Bengal

Too bad hotel. Only the position is good, just in front of batasia loop. The proprietor is a very misbehaving person. The manager is more or less good behaving. Some important points to go through before taking booking of this hotel - (1) No room service personnel after evening to help you. (2) Very dirty and damp rooms. (3) Very low lights in the room. (4) No power back-up facility. (5) Privacy problem. Suspicious persons may peep any time into your rooms from door-top glass frames. Wooden tables are kept outside the rooms. These may be used to peep into guest's rooms. We pressurised them to paste newspaper over the glass frames from inside. They felt very unhappy. (6) They will provide hot water once in a day. (7) After you reach the hotel, the proprietor may approach you for making final payments. Don't make full payment, they will not provide you services you deserve. Make some excuse and pay later. (8) No rules and regulations are kept inside the rooms in printed format. You may be blamed for anything at anytime. (9) They did not provide us with a single towel. We had to ask for toilet soap. (10) Food quality is average. (11) Room rent is too high in terms of facilities and services. I'd suggest people to try other hotels. Don't take booking without viewing the hotel rooms beforehand, just go to the property, have a look into the rooms, bargain with price and facilities. Worst experience from hotel owner. owner asked RS 300 for car parking ( night to till 7 am , when I asked hotel owner what can I do after 7 pm he said he don't know and he will not help me for parking ) , in which this hotel provide parking facility while Booking ( and still shows the same )

few local people show me the free parking near to that hotel and hotel owner hiding it from customers for getting more money . the way he speaks is very rude with me and other customer's in the hotel ( I can hear from his loud noice )

Points : worst washroom + We have to ask owner to get permission to ON geazer ( few mins in a day ) + doors are transparent you can see what's is going on inside + no towels + no soap .

Awesome hotel and Awesome place of darjeeling.Behaviour of proprietor,Manager and cook is appreciable.

we went to darjeeling with our own car and faced car parking PROBLEM,get CHARGED for Parking..at last we found this hotel and parked the car FREE of cost.

Facilities :- (1) 24 hours water supply (2) Food quality is very good (3) For seniour citizen 24 hours room service facilities. (4) Car parking facility. (5) Hot water once a day for bathing for all person. (6) When we check in hotel we paid total booking amount.After payment they are more friendly,more good behavior and provide more facilities(they are provide one time more hot water for my parents)...I think there rules and regulations is the best.
