I frequent this KFC outlet and I have noticed a few interesting things. During early opening hours, the food is nice, crispy, juicy and perfectly cooked, the orders are well taken care of. But as the rush hour comes in during around 7PM to 9PM the orders do not really stand up to the mark, I usually order an Ultimate Saving Bucket and during this period the chicken tenders lenght shorten and they become short, and every chicken piece is slightly overcooked, the crusting is a dark colour and the juicy taste is compromised.
Another thing is that the employees are not very helpful if you have a query regarding which would be better or what should I order, it is not that they are rude but at times they seem to be clueless about their own menu. Adding to that one thing I haved noticed over the past 6 months is that there is biasness towards larger group, whenever I am with a large group they often do make sure that the experience is great and every order is correct, but when I am alone and complain about the chicken quality I would not get a replacement or would get told that it is the property of the chicken, one time I complained about the black part on a chicken thigh piece and got told that it is a part of the chicken when it seemed to be a problem with the cleaning process.

Read moreI ordered two zinger burgers, generally the description is chicken 50% and bun 50%. I OPENED THE PACKET AND REMOVED THE BUN and Saw that’s I received 10% chicken, 1/4th size of 1 bun in both burger so I called kfc to give feedback about portion size on Wednesday deals.
I asked them to confirm if the chicken size is officially reduced on Wednesday deals. They denied and said they will arrange a call back. My issue was QUANTITY and PORTION SIZE.
This Store called me and told me not to consume the order and they will take return and replace it. Good for me , I could have just taken the replacement but now the concern was quality and hygiene not the money paid. So I asked them what they do with returned products if they take return while giving replacement. And I told them that it’s not hygienic if they take it and give it to someone else. Then they said they will discard it.
And when I asked where’s the proof that they discard it and that they have to discard it infront of me. They agreed to it when I questioned regarding brand hygiene.
They are taking return of opened food and they Might be selling those to someone else. This is serious Issue and concern about HYGIENE & QUALITY.
I will take this issue to consumer court. Neither I want replacement or refund . To hell with 300 rupees when it’s about health and hygiene.

Read moreFood quality was very good. But one of the items of the order was missing from the package for take home. I ordered online at 09:24 PM, then I called the restaurant at DLF IT Park at 09:35 PM to confirm that the restaurant had received the order and they are preparing it. In the track my status it showed 15 minutes prep time. At 10:25PM, when I still didn't get any information, I called again, the person on the other end asked me to come and collect it.. When I reached the restaurant at 10:45 PM, to my horror, they had not even started preparing my order, on top of it one of them was very rude. Then the manager intervened and offered a cool drink as a sorry gesture. Finally when we got our order, it was 11:35 PM. I was too exhausted after waiting for more than 2hours after my order and the order was also big amounting to ₹1455. I asked the staff whether the order was complete and I could take it. He nodded with an yes and so I took the two big paper bags and came home. When I opened the package, I could find only 03 Zinger burgers out of the 04 that I ordered.
So after such experience, I would never ever recommend anyone take anything online from KFC... It's the worst service... The people down the line cannot deliver...
