Tshering & Tenzing kitchen, popularly known as the T&T kitchen is a kitchen stall that would definitely remind you of the North East! Such authentic flavours from the hills. And the Chinese flavours are really good too. They would serve you the food with some good presentation with cute chopsticks beside. The cooking time might be a little longer than usual, but it's definitely worth the wait. Things that we had: 🔹Drums of Heaven: The Chicken was well cooked, was tender and the sauce that was used for tossing was really amazing. Was hopping for the outer skin to be crispy, but couldn't get that. 🔹 Authentic Chinese Chilli chicken: The chilli chicken that I had here was definitely the best Chilli Chicken that I've ever had in any big our small restaurant. They didn't overpower the gravy with the chilli and spicy flavours and that I really liked. 🔹 Tibetan Lapping: Lapping is a spicy cold layer of noodle with a gelatinous texture which outwardly tasted bland but was filled with flavours in the filling. But it was really very Spicy according to my taste buds. 🔹 Steam Momo: The momos were really big and juicy with the inner filling literally oozing out! Loved the fact that the skin was really thin and didn't interfere with the taste of the filling. 🔹 Mixed Fried Rice: Well well well, this fried rice was filled with a lot of tender well cooked prawns. Totally felt like a sea-food rice platter. The veggies seemed a bit less but the flavour was really really good. 🔹 Satay Chicken: This is something new that I had tried. Seemed pretty good. The charred and burnt on the chicken added an extra smokey flavour to it 🔹Slushes and Shakes: We had the Mango Slush, Watermelon Slush, Lemon Iced Tea and Pomegranate Shake. And The Lemon ice-tea would be my personal favourite out of the lot.

T&T is a small kitchen where Japanese, Thailand, Chinese all kinds of food are available. The setting area of this restaurant is very nice.

🟣Tibetan lapping:

Laping is one of the most famous dishes in Nepal. This was the first time i have eaten this food. Believe me it tastes extremely delicious. It was very soft and smooth and the sauce was salty, sour and extremely spicy.

🟣Authentic Chinese chilli chicken:

It was soo delicious. Chicken was spicy and tasted amazing. The aroma of gravy was also too good.

🟣Drums of Heaven: It was soo yummy and delightful snack . This is especially a Chinese dish with a twist of Indian flavours. It's truly amazing so try it out guys.

🟣Steam Momo: Steam momos are especially in famous in Nepal, Sikkim, Bhutan , Ladakh. Those Momos are soo soft and juicy. They given chutney with momo that was soo spicy

🟣Mixed Fried Rice: Which was very lip smacking

Watermelon slush, lemon iced tea, pineapple shake, pomegranate shake, mango slush all the drinks were soo cool and refreshing.

Each and every item was very tasty. Food quality, quantity, and taste was awesome. The pocket pinch here is very friendly.

A place with affordable prices and great foods. I heard about this place from some of my friends and decided to visit, and i loved it. Their wide ranges of menu to the over polite behaviour of all the staffs were too impressive. And specially in this kind of abnormal situation, the way they are looking after the hygiene are also commendable. And the best part of this place is it serves food 24*7.

So i tried out some dishes, and they are the followings- •1. Drums of Heaven(5/5)- This is a kind of dish that i order from every places I pay a visit. This place make me feel more drooled over this dish with its mouthwatering. 2.Authentic Chinese chili chicken- Just loved it. One of my most favourite and must try dish from the place. Loved it❤ Tibetan Lapping- On the very first note, loved the way it looks. And then I fell for its taste, it was awesome. Steam Momo- Too juicy ans softy they were. Loved it ❤ Mixed Fried Rice- This place definitely knows how to present a food. They way the prawns looked in the presentation loved it on the first note. Then most importantly it tastes heavely.
