BluO Service Apartments - New Town — Hotel in West Bengal

This is my 1st stay in this place @ New Town and 3rd stay with BluO. It is in a good location facing the big pond/lake and not to mention it close to Axis Mall and other eateries.

I must say that in the beginning I was not sure how it will be without Deepak, the previous manager, but Dipayan, the new Go-To guy in Kolkata topped it even more. Great guy to deal with.

As per my stay, I am very happy with it, specially the fact that I got home cooked meal by Raj Kohli. I must that this Raj and his helpers are the best and I really really liked the way they came out and showed their hospitality.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most courtoeus and helpful receptionist Souvik Roy ;Habib and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the building was exceptional. It was clean room with excellent service within the inhouse.Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and Comfortable I was very pleased with my stay. I came across this property in booking.com and was skeptical about it at first. However, these guys ensured we had a smooth journey before check-in and throughout our stay. Mr Souvik was amazing with his hospitality and supported us at every aspect of our stay. They are very hospitable overall and the best part is the breakfast!! It is amazing and tastes delicious, especially their aloo paratha clubbed with and chutnis. At such an affordable tariff, the property is the perfect. In terms of location, there are multiple food joints available and it is a peaceful place...
