Wow! Momo — Restaurant in West Bengal

I went to the wow momo outlet near bhorpet restaurant in new digha. The restaurant AC was not working so we had to sit outside .Then nearby the table there were cockroaches all around and was so dirty. coming to food , we ordered for fried darjeeling momo and cheese chicken momo. The taste was very different and not so tasty and not at all original one what we used to have in other outlets. Adding to this all four of us got food poisoning the next day ,then we have to go to the doctor and was under medication for 2days . so please I will recommend dont go to this outlet until and unless they start to serve...

To believe all branches of the same brand might be serving the same kind of taste and quality, i was mistaken. Because wow momo is a big brand and spread all in West Bengal I undoubtedly decide to dine in there rather than anywhere else. To my wonder the taste didn't match at all. The preparation might differ a bit but the stuffing and taste wasn't same at all. The momos didn't taste any good. I specifically instructed to lessen the spice level but the pan fried preparation was so spicy that i wouldn't eat more than one....

The food was good but had a bad experience with the staff. The guy taking orders changed our orders so we would not get the 1 on 1 free item and tried to resell the offer by asking us to buy it again by paying extra. If you are visiting please double check your order before completing payment. Have never had such an experience in any of such branded...
