Tribble Even after arriving at 5:30 PM, 6 hours after the check-in time, the reception staff did not even try to start the check-in formalities. After such a long and tiring journey, the least expectation was that the room would be allotted in advance as the booking was made on MakeMyTrip on the 12th for the 14th. They gave us a room on the fourth floor first even after seeing our elderly parents. When we requested a room change, the reception staff Indranath Babu said that you can leave the hotel. They took our luggage out of the room and left it on the balcony. Later, when we called the number they gave us, they allotted to give us a room. Just then Indranath Babu came again the room and said me to vacate the room. After evening when I asked to open the door at 5 am the next day, they said that the hotel door opens at 5 am, but the next morning they did not open the door, and even when I called, they did not pick up the phone. Then they said me to vacate the hotel room at 9 am. Two rooms were vacated. Due to their negligence, when I said to vacate one room at 10 am, Indranath Babu said unpleasant and insulting things. The room is good but the behavior of the hotel staff is not good at all. Digha Shankarpur Development Authority (DSDA) charges a fee even though it is not mandatory.

For Me, Mamoni is my second home since 2017..... Dipankar is always found very professional and guest services oriented.... Indra and Dilip da ia also cooperative as usual.... But this time find ... Some new faces serving food on table...may be named Kanai Samanta....is very rough and rude towards our family members As we wanted to have Veg Thali without Onion and Garlic... Instead of serving thali, A la carte food was forced to US to consume..... Where there was clear instructions to reception...about the same.... Informed in well advance.... Had very bitter experience in my second home.... Request Aktar saheb to look into it... Please try to keep Option of Food without Onion and garlic on demand of guest......And to take necessary action.... Rest...

Room are quite big and not that expensive... The hotel rooms are clean.... The old digha beach is close from the hotel (walking distance).. But the new digha beach is far, you must take a E-Rikshaw or a cab... And the foods are so delicious at regional price... The only negative point is there are no lift.. You have to use stairs and if you've luggage then you have to carry by yourself to your floor.... Overall I...
