Wow! Momo — Restaurant in West Bengal

My recent trip to this new Wow Momo in City Centre was really disappointing. I'd had such a great time at another branch, but this one didn't live up to expectations at all.

Even though the place was practically empty, we had to wait ages for our food. We ordered some veg momos, chicken momos, and a Chinese thali. The momos took a good half hour to arrive, and the thali came even later, after a shocking 45 minutes!

To make things worse, the food wasn't great when it finally did get to our table. The chow mein with the thali was cold, like it had been sitting there all day. The chicken pieces in the soup were cold on the inside, even though the soup itself was hot. It was a really bad experience, and honestly, one of the worst meals...

City centre Matigara branch wow momo? Should be renamed how momo!We ordered food at 7:40pm and he said 15mins for our order and packing, 8:00pm no sign of the order. Worst place to order fast food. It took them more than one hour to deliver 3 plates of momo, a thukpa, and two burnt fried rice. When I asked why it's taking too long, the cashier simply said, we ordered too many items. There were hardly any other guests the whole time we were there and it makes sense why.
