KFC — Restaurant in West Bengal

This is my worst experience at KFC city centre at Siliguri , I visited the store on 13 th October -2021 evening with my family and after having food my wife & daughter is still struggling with stomach pain & disentary , we had ordered for 599 family combo and 258 veg combo,

The sad part is their service and hospitality

I place order for 149 veg combo first as I wanted to accompany a small meal with my family , But the lady on counter denied saying that it's not available, when I asked why ? She answered our patty has gone bad so we can't serve - surprising

She did not take my mobile number while taking order , when asked for same she answered we do not take customer.number

When I received the bill there was an offer of 10% discount after survey of the services received as a text message on mobile number

When number not taken how to do the survey and avail 10 % discount on next visit ?

We asked for carry bag to carry back left food as my daughter felt uneasy after consuming the chicken, the lady asked for 6 rupees , we paid for same but did not receive the bill?

No Manager was available to share the feedback

I realized the lady was correct to say that their patty had gone bad and not serving although her tone was not in hospitality service standard ,

Coz after consuming the food I regret I should have not ordered anything any move out for other options ..

Please maintain the service standard Maintain Quality standard of food Staff attiqutte and hospitality service Visibility of Manager to attend customer Feed back...

It's not KFC standard to say that our petty has gone bad and not available for sale for all lower price menu.. When entire high value meal were available

Very bad and sad...

This branch of KFC is located inside the city central mall. The food is really good. But the staffs do not listen well enough. I specifically asked for 2 extra colddrinks only with the box meal and they billed me for 3 extra fries as well, and would not give me a refund, so we had to eat it. Also the cold drink contained "half cup" of cold ice cubes. I literally took out all the ice as it was so cold that you would get a brainfreeze in a 32 degree temperature. You have to pay Rs. 35 extra for the dips. I ordered 1 dip the counter girl entered 3 dips in my bill, however gave us only 1 dip with our meal. When I looked at the bill AFTER eating my meal, and told them about it, asking for a refund, they instead gave me the other 2 dips hurriedly. (why should I want the dips after I have already eaten my meal?). The place was very hot (no fan or AC) and crowded. The staffs were too slow to clean the tables, hence we had to sit in a dirty table for 10 whole minutes after which it was finally cleaned. The bad smell of the washroom surrounded the entire room. However the food was really good.

Tips: Order the cold drink without ice. One dip is more than enough for a bucket meal. If you visit with a group of 2-3 very hungry people, order a biryani, is...

Worst experience ever, staffs are very rude and under staffed no hygiene and cleanliness maintained staff are using their hand without any gloves to prepare order , working station is very dirty even hand over area , flies are enjoying drinks and food before costumer. KFC is known for the quality of the food and SPEED OF SERVICE but nothing meets our expectation whatsoever we have been waiting for 35 minutes just to get our order even though there is no rush at all. Staffs are unaware of their menu ,we order latte and iced cappuccino but but when we receive our order there was no latte no iced cappuccino and when we asked about our order staff simply asked “what is latte”???? And when any item is not available why it’s still available on the menu …. ?? Instead of crushed lime we were simply handed over sprite and there is huge price difference and there is no refund system and the staff give a damn about their customer satisfaction. Worst worst worst experience and last visit ever to any KFC. Higher ups should be alarmed like this service to the customer and the money we are paying for the food ….
