The FoodSmith WoodFire Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Zone 1 Tiruvottiyur

This is an amazing place for the area it is in. Don't get me wrong. This is totally my opinion and the three star rating is for a reason.

The overall experience was Okayish but it can be made a LOT better with some minor adjustments.

I will start with the pros or the things which were good.

The food is good here. We tried Afghani chicken, mixed fried rice, chicken schezwan rice, garlic Naan and dragon chicken. Quantity is above average and I also felt like the schezwan rice could have been better.

The staffs are friendly and polite

The ambience is good (also has cons)

Now to the cons

Hand wash is placed outside of the restaurant.

Hygiene should be leveled up. Got a weird smell (and I guess that's because of the AC). Mosquitoes were flying around inside and also a dead mosquito on the table)

These can be definitely improved and that would be amazing for this place. I would really love to...

The worst hotel in this area. I went their with my family around 9pm. But left the hotel by 10:40pm they can’t even serve a single dish properly. Very poor behaviour from staff and they don’t even know how to serve. Waited waited only finally got frustrated and left. Sure if u want to spoil your mood & time you can go here. I won’t ever step in this place again. Really last night was a worst that too with family & kids. Wrong choice…. Waste of time. I don’t want to give even 1 star for it but no way so gave…....
