This aspect of the hotel truly stood out, highlighting the establishment's dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay for its guests. However, despite the commendable accommodations, the hotel's pricing strategy raised eyebrows. The cost, in my opinion, lacked a clear justification, especially when considering the overall value offered. Dining within the hotel presented a mixed experience. The hotel houses several restaurants, yet the culinary journey did not meet the expectations set by the room's luxury. The food was average at best, struggling to justify the exorbitant prices attached. This was particularly disappointing as the taste failed to impress, leaving much to be desired from the dining experience. The service was satisfactory, with staff members showing a decent level of attentiveness and efficiency. I just ordered only for beverages.
But surprised to see that the waiter had billed me for buffet lunch also additional. Which I have not even consumed.
The waiter name is Mr. Afroz. When I entire the manager he told him to cancel the bill. But again they have billed chicken tikka. Which I have not even ordered or consumed.
When I wanted to enquire the Manager also vanished the spot before closing my concern.
We came to feathers only for the brand and trust. I feel these staffs are very cheap. If we eat kindly bill if not ask us we will pay as tips or charity. Don’t cheat us.
Dear Mr. Sriram with you subsequent response. I Strongly deny. I Came to the hotel to consume only beverages and I didn’t even asked for any food or starters. Am asking simple question why you people gave Buffet bill. Which I have not consumed. You have CCTV cameras installed please view. I have the originals bills which you people gave.
A starter means you should exactly mention the item I have ordered. But fortunately I have asked for an egg order. But Mr. Afroz told no egg is available at restaurant. Apart from the I have not asked for any item.

Also I just got to know I meet first Mr. Amitesh Kumar - Director. He is the person who vanished the spot. I thought him as manager. I meet him first at restaurant asking a way for a bar. He only asked me to sit at restaurant and went in spoil. And finally when I looking for him he vanished. I have sent a mail also with my contact details...

Koushik Dey - I had a wonderful dining experience at this hotel restaurant, thanks to the excellent service of @Koushik Dey. He was attentive, courteous, and professional throughout my stay. He made sure that our orders were taken promptly, our food was served hot and delicious, and our drinks were refilled regularly. He also gave us helpful suggestions on the menu and accommodated our special requests with a smile. He was friendly and engaging, but not intrusive. He made us feel valued and appreciated as customers. He is a great asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for his outstanding work. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality meal and a superb waiter. Thank you, Koushik Dey, for making our night memorable!
Rupsa Banerjee: I was truly impressed by the service of Rupsa Banerjee at the hotel restaurant. She was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. She greeted us warmly and took our orders quickly. She brought our food in a timely manner and checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. She also offered us some great recommendations on the dishes and the desserts. She was attentive to our needs and preferences, and made sure that we were satisfied with our meal. She was friendly and charming, and added a personal touch to our dining experience.
