Today, I faced an unsatisfactory experience with Domino’s Pizza while ordering a vegetarian meal. The delivery was delayed beyond the promised time, taking more than 45 minutes. This was especially inconvenient as I was at my office, hoping to have the meal during my lunch break.
When I tried contacting the hub to inquire about the delay, the response was unprofessional. A female staff member initially answered the call from my friend's phone (registered number) but later stopped responding. When I attempted to call again, she answered once and mentioned the order was on its way. However, when I asked for an explanation regarding the delay, she abruptly ended the call. Subsequently, no one from the store picked up the phone.
Given the prolonged delay, I had no choice but to cancel the order. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues with Domino’s this hub.
During a previous dine-in experience at the same Domino’s outlet a few weeks ago, we encountered similar issues. The table we were seated at was dirty, and the staff member responsible for taking our order was inattentive and distracted, engaging in a video call with his family instead of focusing on customers. When we requested that the table be cleaned, he not only delayed addressing our request but also began cleaning all the tables in the outlet before returning to ours, further delaying service.
Additionally, despite repeated requests, we were not provided with an invoice for our order. Instead, we were given a customer support number with the assurance that the issue would be resolved, and the invoice sent to us. However, this number proved unhelpful, raising concerns about its legitimacy.
In another instance, a friend of mine ordered from the same outlet and faced issues with missing items from her order. Despite contacting the store and being promised that the missing items (Pepsi/Coke) would be sent, they never arrived.
These recurring issues highlight severe lapses in customer service and operational management at this outlet. It has consistently provided the worst experiences I have ever encountered with Domino’s. I urge Domino’s to take strict action against this particular outlet, as such practices tarnish the brand’s reputation. Removing or revoking the franchise of this outlet would ensure customers are not subjected to such unprofessional behavior and that the brand maintains its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
These repeated incidents highlight a need for improvement in customer service and...

Read moreVery worst experience. Recently I visited this place(Mogappair West Dominos Pizza Branch). I asked 2 regular size pizzas which comes under Everyday Value Offer. Cashier simply replied, everyday value offer not applicable for all days. I was shocked then I replied, name itself has everyday value. But you're telling differently! Then She started to tell other reason, sir we're facing some error in our system. Better, you can place your's order(Regular size) via app. Only medium size pizzas can place order here. Finally I placed 2 medium size pizzas by using every day value offer.
I escalated this issue to supervisor, she simply asked sorry.
My kind request to dominos pizza staffs, please speak honestly.
