Domino's — Restaurant in Zone 12 Alandur

One of the worst customer service, please don't even order from this outlet, my experience of last order was horrible, my order was 2 regular pizza for dinner by 10:30 pm and then after 30 minutes it was in out for delivery for 3 hours and it was changed to delivered without being delivered. When I reach the store directly by 1:00 am there were few employes having a chat and the store was half closed. I asked about the order and then they replied that delivery boy was hospitalized bcz of accident and they told his phone was damaged. But his phone was ringing and it was not answered. Also there were few employees answering me, very lethargic and they told me tomorrow they will refund. But after coming home they changed the status of order as delivered.

The employees in store aware of this issue but they didn't inform me. After visiting store 1:00 am I came to know this issue such an irresponsible customer service. I was awake and waiting for more than 3 hour without any intimation. This is how the delivery service of this outlet is.

Today I visited store they changed the order status from delivered to cancelled after speaking to manager and now the refund will be in next 2 days which is very long.

Will they accept if I eat a large pizza and pay them after 2 days.

If your delivery service is not good please allow swiggy or Zomato delivery executive to deliver the food. If they were not able to deliver they can report or inform or refund us as soon...

To be honest I have many points to state :

1. once i and my family visited this particular Domino's and it tasted good .
2. the next time I ordered for take away but i got a different address of Domino's in my app so i reached that location , while selecting it showed me 2.5 kms away but that location which poped up was 9.5 kms away and after putting for takeaway order i can't opt for delivery this is wat i was said . So basically I chose a location wich is just 2.5 kms away but app showed me a address which was 9.5 kms away Then am getting a call from this shop sayng your order is ready , to say clearly this is the nearest Domino's for me from my place If my order is getting ready over here Y did this store or the app of Domino's showed me a wrng location? Can't bear all those glitch , just to save delivery charges i choose take away but at end no proper update regarding the address made me travel 9.5 kms up and down. And while I was trying to contact the number given they weren't attending or answering as well
3. coming to the taste , the pizzas which i took that day (takeaway) were not completely baked .i ordered pasta pizza the pastas were kacha (not baked) . But whereas the taste during when I visited the store was fine . Domino's shuld work on providing proper services and decreasing delivery...

Sorry to say this, but I’m never eating from this place again. I had ordered for a single medium pizza with a cake at like 7pm, with that damn 30 minute delivery with that subsequent 300 INR voucher. God was I in for an absolute pain. Time was 7:45pm, called the place, they’re like, we’re taking a lotta orders in, sure I get that, take your time, but give me a damn call, I’m just a hungry man. When I went there, I was unbeknownst in for a shocker. A dude was literally standing without a head cap and went to make a pizza. I’m sorry what? I could not even eat the thing I bought, I just threw it away. Apologies to be paranoid but this is a massive joke. On top of this madness, there were like 3-4 delivery fellas floating around. Cool and my pizza was ready and was just chilling there. How hard is it to give me a call to let me know it’s late, even a message. I then came to the store and took it up myself. Sorry guys, you’re doing serious work, but just a tad messed up. I’ve ordered a ton from Domino’s in the UK, Nanganallur, but god forbid I am never ordering from this place again. The sheer lack of quality and responsibility is just a lackluster experience that I’d never put myself against. Take chances and learn, but not on the paying...
