Chaat 2.0 — Restaurant in Zone 13 Adyar

The service is pathetic. I ordered pani puri to eat and pani puri, cutlet and muruku sandwich to take away. Pani puri was very tasty. but the staff was very lethargic in serving me the dish and I was the only customer there since it was a Monday evening! One guy took his own sweet time to prepare and the other guy was just standing and talking to the first guy. And they refused to give one plate Pani puri parcel. They forced me to buy two plates to take home. Ok i obliged. Next thing you know, they say i cannot buy one cutlet i have to buy two. Now if you cannot order just one piece cutlet, why is it on the menu with the price for one piece? Why can't it be mentioned as one plate (2 nos) - 50rs? And this they told me after they took their own sweet time to make the cutlets.. I refused to buy two pieces of cutlet since I wanted only one and so they denied to pack chutney, saying chutney will be provided only for two cutlets not one. I paid and i left. Came home and saw that aloo and pani for pani puri was not sufficient! Fraudsters! Not going to visit this horrible place again! Price is too damn high. I can get tasty chaat and snacks in swiggy for the same rate and get it delivered to my home directly instead of going to...

It's a small shop offering all sorts of chaat items like vada pav, Maggie, sandwiches, chana masala items, pav bhaji, poori chaat varieties and a few beverages like goli soda. I don't even know what is the purpose of this shop. Offers so many varieties of snacks from chaat to sandwiches, from maggi to burgers. And the number of working staff at the shop - 1. Every time it takes more than 30 mins irrespective ot you order. Better to avoid it on a busy weekday. Food is good. Taste is fine. If crowd gets heavy, the chef gets nervous and taste has to be compromised. I ordered sev puri, the entire stuffing is freezing cold.
