Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Zone 13 Adyar

I have been to this place before at night about 2-3 months ago and got decent service from the 1 young man running the outlet single handedly multitasking but this time what. the. hell?

1stly why is A/C not on i'm pretty sure you charge me extra for brand value, what i experienced today sucks if this is what your brand is.

2ndly why is your outlet showing up in thiruvanmiyur on the map when your in kanathur? Are you on purpose trying to avoid getting bad reviews.

I came in to order at 3pm only the 1 hindi vala is working 2 ladies just sitting at the table chilling and a dank smell in the outlet. When i went to look at the display everything was so dark i understand cost cutting on A/C but even light.............? whatever.

I order and say pay by cash and then get told 'no change', i ask for card 'not accepted only upi', i didn't have my phone what am i supposed to do? The lady just stares at me as though i am supposed to come up with a solution. These 2 women when i tell you gave me such rotten minded brain dead vibes. I mean the clear lack of effort shows 0 training, such trash customer service and they just stood silent as i left, clearly your brand is so rich you don't need to make sales. Well thank you for showing me your brand value i will keep it in mind when telling people to avoid...

I ordered veg momos, and they gave chicken momos mixed in with the (identical-looking) veg momos. Because the dumplings looked exactly alike, I didn't realize it until I'd already eaten a few. When I noticed a different taste, I opened them up to compare them with some that had only vegetables in them. Sure enough... chicken momos (top) were placed next to veg ones (bottom). As a strict vegetarian for over 20 years, this kind of error is NOT okay! What is this place thinking?! I will never order from WOW momos again, and no vegetarian...
