10 months back : 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 I recently placed an order for Chicken Fried Rice through Swiggy, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. The dish was overpriced for the quality it offered and left much to be desired in terms of taste and flavor.

Firstly, the rice in the Chicken Fried Rice was excessively oily. It seemed as though the rice had been drenched in oil, making each bite unpleasant and greasy. The excessive oiliness greatly affected the overall dining experience and left me feeling dissatisfied.

Additionally, the lack of flavor in the dish was quite disappointing. The Chicken Fried Rice had no discernible taste or seasoning whatsoever. It felt as though the dish had been prepared without any effort to enhance its flavors. The absence of flavor made the dish bland and unappetizing.

Considering the price I paid for the Chicken Fried Rice, the overall quality fell well below my expectations. The dish did not justify the high price tag, especially considering the lack of taste and excessive oiliness.

I expected a more enjoyable and flavorful experience when ordering Chicken Fried Rice, and unfortunately, this particular dish failed to meet those expectations.

I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the quality and flavor of their Chicken Fried Rice. Enhancing the seasoning and reducing the oiliness would greatly improve the dish and make it more enjoyable for customers.

Worst customer service!!! I ordered food last night in moonlight-omr via Swiggy , Restaurant missed lamb spring onion and instead of chilli chicken dry I got chilli chicken gravy .Around 9:00 pm I call restaurant (moonlight - Omr ) regarding my missing order , Restaurant staff accepted the issue and asked me to pay the whole bill(including missing items) to the Swiggy person , I paid too !!! Around 10:30 moonlight-Omr staff called me and said “ lamb onion is over instead of that can I take mutton sukka” I got tense and asked for refund, they too accepted for the refund for the missing order” Till now I haven’t get any refund or apologies call from...

Nice place , but when we went I think there was some construction work was going on. There is no proper chair it was not cozy experience. It was like going to a normal food shop and ordering Idli vadai 😣, but then again briyani was ordered and taste was above average.
