Sekaran — Hotel in Zone 14 Perungudi

If ever in my life I have to make a list of all the things that can go wrong in a hotel, it definitely will be Treebo Sekaran.

Staff is very rude, starting from the lady sitting at the reception to the waiters in restaurant. It would be wrong to call them waiters, it was a bunch of random guys roaming here and there in half pants. No gloves, no cap, no hygiene, nothing.

The room intercom was not working, every time I had to call them using my personal mobile phone.

Out of my 4 days stay in this hotel, TV was not working for 3 days, it was error showing ‘Set up box not receiving signal’, which they couldn’t get rectified even after several complaints. When it worked for 1 day only Tamil channels were coming, even after several requests there was no English/Hindi channel.

My AC broke down the third day and they couldn’t fix it either. After arguing for a long with the management, I was shifted to another room. But in this room again TV was not working.

They did not have even a single person for service, every time I called for Laundary or something, the security guard(who is sitting on the main gate) used to come.

Laundary prices were exorbitantly high, towels were dirty, restaurant was clean.............and I can go on for another 5 paragraphs.

I only booked this hotel because it was on OMR, so I thought location is good. However, the traffic in that area makes even that worse.

I would request Treebo to kindly look into this and don’t be associated with...

I don't have option to give 0 points. I am a corporate guest from Virtusa company for this hotel they gave accommodation for 14 days. This treebo hotel chain are not good in treating their customers . Actually my company will pay for the guest on last day of checkout but I checked out one day earlier, the sekaran hotel people told me that Treebo is only their agent they didn't received the money so they are asking me (guest) to Pay the money. But within 10 mins my corporate team cleared the money. When they are tieing up with corporate industry to do business i don't know why they are ill treating their customers. Dear corporate companies near perungudi don't book room for your guest in this hotel. They ill treat your customers and damage your reputation. Apart from that on 14 days stay no toiletries were provided, food plates and tea cups and water tumblers are not washed properly. Apart from that their sparkling laundry services aee charging 50Rs per shirt for washing and inside Vest they are charging 30Rs for washing. Night dinners in the hotel are very expensive and not in good taste. Please don't choose this...

Want to ruin your special day ? Had my engagement at their hall . They ruined it by serving cold food . They din even serve everything to everyone . Worst that could happen . Manager is sweet at starting but so rude later and full of restrictions and annoyed our family and guests also asked for huge amount extra later which was astonishing . They have worst service and hospitality . The manager asked the servers to put lesser quantity food in each plate n not put lots . They wasted alot of food but charged alot extra saying many ppl came . They served Cold food with melted ice cream . Welcome drinks are given after 3 hours everyone arrives after asking for many times. The decorator they referred did bad decoration n music system din work . This hotel is Just money hungry . Took full payment days before the event itself. Only one n only one good thing was the rooms . Other than that very bad . Especially hospitality . Only one receptionist guy was very kind...
