Disappointing Experience at Al Arabian Delights , Sholinganallur Branch

I recently had the misfortune of eating at this hotel, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The quality of food was extremely poor, with several issues:

The chicken 65 dish was served with rotten ingredients. The biryani had a foul smell and tasted terrible. The fried rice and beans were old and unappetizing. The paneer was also old and of poor quality.

To make matters worse, the cashier seemed completely uninterested in taking our feedback and instead argued with us. We ended up wasting ₹670 on a disastrous dining experience.

I've had good experiences with the Saidapet branch of this hotel, but the Sholinganallur branch was a nightmare. I regret taking my family there for dinner.

The quality of the food was good when they launched in Sholinganallur. When the business got the pace, the attitude of the people in the restaurant has changed. The owner and the employees of the restaurant are not polite to the customers. I ordered a parcel for a tandoori, briyani and a fried rice after a long time from the restaurant. I noticed from home that there was only quarter tandoori, when I called the restaurant about this, they asked me come back again so that they can check the parcel.
