Terrible Food & Service

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining... I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others to prevent them from going through the same ordeal.

Let's start with the menu, or rather, the lack thereof.... had an incredibly limited selection of items, leaving me with few options to choose from...

When my order finally arrived, it was clear that the preparation was far from satisfactory. The presentation lacked finesse, and the taste was underwhelming at best. The ingredients seemed mediocre, and the flavors were bland, leaving me thoroughly unsatisfied.

Unfortunately, the inadequacy did not end with the food. The service was undoubtedly one of the worst I have ever encountered. The staff seemed disinterested.

In light of my experience, I strongly advise against visiting this place... With their limited menu, poor food preparation, and abysmal service, it's evident that this establishment falls far below acceptable standards. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a different dining option that values its customers and takes pride in delivering a memorable culinary experience.

I sincerely hope that the management takes these criticisms constructively and works towards improving their offerings. As it stands, however, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience.

I recently celebrated our twins' 1st birthday at TTDC in Island Ground, and I had a wonderful experience! Here are some highlights:

Venue: Spacious Outdoor Area: The venue has ample outdoor space, perfect for large gatherings. It can accommodate over 200 guests comfortably.

Indoor Event Space: The indoor area is suitable for smaller events, accommodating between 50 to 80 guests.

Car Parking: Convenient car parking is available, making it easy for guests to arrive without any hassle.

Food: Diverse Cuisine: The food selection is excellent, featuring both Indian and Chinese cuisines, with options for vegetarians, non-vegetarians, and seafood lovers.

Top-notch Quality: Prepared by skilled chefs, the food is of five-star quality.

Service Excellent Hospitality: The staff and waiters are extremely courteous and provide excellent service.

Reasonable Pricing: The pricing is decent, offering good value for the quality and service provided.

Bar Services Top Floor Bar: The bar on the top floor is perfect for a weekend dinner, family function, or company event. It’s well-suited for larger groups.

I highly recommend trying out TTDC for your next event. The experience was delightful, and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.

Tried this restaurant for first time, food was okay, but their service was so slow today. I think there was some technical issues with the POS machine also so billing was slow too. But their ambience was inviting and comfortable, you can have your food in a relaxed way. I had wheat Paratha, chicken pallipalayam gravy which were good. Their prawn masala was good too. Taste wise good but was a bit spicy for me. They didn't have any dosa options available on a Sunday night, busiest times as the Tourism fair was happening inside the same premises. Their unprepared attitude was a bit disappointing. Drive in theatre was open on Sunday night too but I would recommend dining within the restaurant. Bill came to ₹733 for 4 dishes and a water bottle.
