Eco Taste Cafe — Restaurant in Bali

I went there everyday during my stay in Pemuteran: they have a healthy menu for any time of the day.

I tried the toast menu and it was DELICIOUS. Good choice of ingredients + seasoning create a yummy toast to take at breakfast or brunch. Coffee and juice also very good.

On the first day I tried the avocado toast with poached egg; the second day hummus with eggplant; and last day I repeated avocado toast but made a special request, to change to scrambled eggs because I don't like poached eggs, and they were very gentle and prepared the toast but with another version of eggs.

It is a cosy place, with a few tables outside and a few inside, It's good to go to eat something and stay there reading/writing - they have cards and books :-)

Last but not the least, a healthy & tasty menu with affordable prices.

An amazing little cafe that does Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. A group of 6 of us came in today and the burritos were outstanding! The hummus options were all so delicious and paired perfectly with the food. The serving sizes are generous - my friends burger was the biggest we've had so far, and there are many dietary options. I was pleased to see multiple vegetarian and vegan options for a good price. Overall we had a wonderful experience. This cafe also values the environment with not having plastic, and offering free water in a glass on arrival. My only critique is I would love to see 'Eco Taste' have less meat options, especially red meat, considering their eco and environmental values...

Update: Went to Eco last night. Ordered MahiMahi pan fried dish. Unfortunately it wasn't great. Fish piece was tiny. Salad consisted of one lettuce leaf. Potato puree was like soup and oversalted. For 95k, not good value. Also at night they only have a few mains dishes. Not great selection. I'm thinking put Burgers back and other items on the dinner menu. You will get more business. Overall I think Eco has slipped a bit. Nice cafe. Staff ok with little bit English speaking.

Also, maybe retraining on making coffee. Last few coffees not good.
