I went to J.CO the one that in Sunset Point. They have promo at that time so I chose package 1 box donuts 1 drink and 1 yogurt. 2 staff that morning when I was there. 1 guy staff said I can't change the donuts that's already inside the box 1 girl staff said I can choose which donuts that I want in display that they have at that time. How come 2 staff said different rule when they are working together?

My request is to the owner of this franchise to check for the management they don't accept any kinds of online payment edc etc only ask cash even they have edc machine available and they are not professional many times they forgot to give donuts🍩 etc is this is my more then 15 times time in here always bad experience

Very friendly and helpful service. Had a hot jcoccino (Jco's cappuccino version), it was average tasting coffee. I wish they have better quality coffee, it would be perfect with the delish glazy puff-donut that comes with it. However the atmosphere and service make it up for the lacks they have with the coffee.

The donuts used to be better.. DONUT WAS HARD TONIGHT SUCKS.DISGUSTING....ans nowadays the jco donuts are alot less dense and seem to have alot of air inside them . Before 1 donut I was full but now I need 2 donuts because there is so little in the donuts now. Also this jco is dilapidated now..used to be good..now it just looks run down and if you come 9.40pm they already dont have any donuts...
