TOMORO COFFEE - Seminyak — Restaurant in Kuta

I love their coffee but the service needs to be improved, seriously. These past days have been such a HUGE LET DOWN

Dine-in : I specifically ordered Capuccino but they gave me Americano. They couldnt change it cos they said it’s been inputted as Americano. Mistake is when they didn’t repeat the order so I thought my order was correct.

Online: 3 times i ordered Capuccino through Gojek, and the coffee was only half. I am so disappointed cos it keeps happening.

This will be the last time I order from this chain cos I know it’ll just be another disappointment. Love the coffee but the service in this...

If you often sips coffee and is part of your daily life, then you'll know right away that this coffee shop uses good quality coffee beans by sampling their drinks. The concept of the stores are similiar to Starbucks but way more affordable with cat as their mascot. Their non-coffee drinks are as good as the coffee one and the prices are ranging from 10-35k, even can get cheaper by using their mobile app. Overall it's one of the good coffee shop option...

Found another Tomoro Coffee store around where i was staying in Seminyak area. As decent as their other stores, less people dining in during afternoon coz maybe it's Monday (?) and it's so comfy for us who's working or studying with laptop 💻.
