Corner House Bali — Restaurant in Bali

Got there at around 10am, tables were available upon arrival, no reservations were made.

Ordered 4 items:

1. Corner House Big Breakfast IDR 149K Spinach was literally just boiled, sauteed mushroom was also bland. Hash browns were hot & crispy (pretty yums) yet not oily. Sausage was average. Portion was filling.
2. King Prawn Asian Omelette IDR 119K Literally just an omelette with chopped up king prawn and served with a sauce on the side. Prawn was fresh and crunchy with every bite tho.
3. Long Black Mediocre
4. Hot Chocolate TASTELESS omg really just forget it even prepackaged chocolate milk would have tasted better.

They don't serve plain water. Don't think they accept credit card; they put the bill in a cup and you'll just put your cash in it. They didn't bother to give you change at all, so... Whatever's leftover from the cash you pay would automatically be their "tip" lolol which I find it v weird cos IIRC, the bill had reflected govt tax and service charge on top of the stated prices in the menu so I don't think it's right for them to not even find the change for us to decide if we would just forgo the change to be given as their tip.

Not sure why the raving reviews but the whole experience was pretty meh. Food was also pretty average at its best. Wouldn't come back again, considering that there are really a lot of cafes around in the area. You may still come and try their other dishes since we only tried 4 items. Please for the sake of the Cocoa God, do not order their Hot...

TL;DR a nice "corner house" to enjoy burger if you are around Seminyak. Check their Insta for generous offers

I was looking for a nice burger around, and recommended few options by my friends. I decide to check this place, mainly to understand the restaurant marketing concept.

I check the Insta for their offers, and made a reservation via Whatsapp and when I arrived somehow I was first customer on the list.

I enjoyed the Jamie Oliver burger. Both cheese and patty are generous and taste good. Having their offer is a no brainer. In fact I would suggests at least they may consider charging the tax & service for the full price. As a domestic tourist, had it been 80-100k just for the burger, i would recommend it without a doubt, but I guess for most of their patron the price is still acceptable. Also there are many offers available on site if you are not into social media stuff.

I do feel somewhat unsatisfied with their Green Juice, and at the end asked the waitress about what the ingredients are because to me it is somewhat watery. Despite she mentioned no water being used, they did use few ice cubes.

Also since they used paper straw and the burger came after 10 minutes or so, It would be nice to be offered a second straw since by the end I finished the meal the straw...

I had a great dining experience at Corner House in Seminyak — a solid 5-star spot that perfectly blends good food, stylish atmosphere, and friendly service. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I tried their burger and truffle fries, and both were delicious! The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, the bun soft yet toasted just right, and the fries crispy with just the right hint of truffle aroma. The cocktails and coffee were also amazing, refreshing, and well-balanced.

The staff were super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Service was quick even though the place was busy, and they always checked to make sure everything was perfect.

Prices are reasonable for the quality and location — right in the heart of Seminyak.
