K&A Grill — Restaurant in Bali

We’ve tried several places in Pemuteran over the few days we’ve been here, and this is the best by far. The ribs were my favorite — very well cooked with an unexpected and delicious take on BBQ sauce. We also had the crispy pork belly, which was just the right balance of crunchy and fatty without being chewy. The spiced fish in a banana leaf was also very good — a touch dry but perfect with their tomato-onion sauce, which was so tasty I asked for a second. And their “pizza quesadilla” was certainly not traditional to any culture but was surprisingly good. The only challenging aspect is being right on the noisy main road, but that is true of most restaurants in town. Service was excellent, delivered with a smile, and they even gave me a scooter ride back to our villa to get cash for payment. (They didn’t take cards as of this writing.)

Ok, so i ordered the chef's recomendations. The casadilla chicken, the ribs and the browny.

Casadilla was great, also as fingerfood.

The ribs were serieusly good, i was able to eat them with only my fork and knife. So tender and a good flavour... I think i cant get them this good at home!

I'm not really that font of brownies, maybe because restaurants always mess it up. But here its different. Good texture, moist and awesome flavour.

To top it off, the bartender was practicing throwing with the cocktailshakers, and he was nailing it! Anyway, the cocktails here are also awesome, and a fair price for them (buy 2 get 1 free)

Off topic: sound system sounded really good, deep and clear bass and other tones.

Only feedback: it would be nice to offer your guests wifi. (Our wifi at the resort sucks)

Recently, Bubbles and I decided to satisfy our cravings for ribs at K&A Grill, and boy, were we impressed! The ribs were tender, juicy, and smothered in a delightful Balinese-style BBQ sauce that had us licking our fingers. Bubbles opted for the fish cooked in banana leaf, which was equally scrumptious.

Not only was the food fantastic, but the cocktails were also on point. However, what truly made our dining experience unforgettable was the friendly staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal.
