Warung Nyusu Pemuteran — Restaurant in Bali

Extremely disappointed with our visit. First, we had to wait over 1.5 hours for food and drinks. They mistakenly brought an alcoholic mojito with wilted mint to our child, which is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to detail. We waited another hour for the main dishes — apparently, the staff had to go shopping for ingredients after we placed the order. The “steaks” were nothing like actual steaks — completely raw inside and bloody, clearly pan-fried in a rush with no care. The atmosphere was unpleasant: untidy, slow service, and dirty tables that weren’t cleared at all. We honestly have no idea how this place holds a 4.9 rating (as of our visit). Cute little place with amazing staff. Unfortunately the food didn't live up to expectation. A case of over promising but under delivering,the menus has fantastic looking dishes but what arrived couldn't be more polar opposite, don't get me wrong it was ok but not amazing and certainly not what was promised in the pics. Nyusu Bistro in Pemuteran is a true hidden gem! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a beautiful blend of cozy décor and relaxing vibes.
