RÜSTERS — Restaurant in Bali

So here I am, I decided to write a review about this new café called "Rüsters", opened by the Danes right in Bali. You see, I'm always in doubt and can never really tell if I like something or not.

So, I walked into "Rüsters", and the first thing that struck me was the atmosphere. Everything was so homey and cozy, and I immediately felt that it was warm and nice here. But at the same time, I felt awkward because I'm always doubting, and it was hard for me to decide if I could trust this place.

Then I ordered coffee, and I must say, it was delightful. This is one of the few places in Bali where you can have a real good filter coffee, and that's certainly pleasing. The taste of the coffee was so rich and deep that I almost forgot about my doubts. But still, I can't determine if I like it or not. What if the coffee won't be as tasty tomorrow? Or maybe I just got lucky with this order?

The staff at "Rüsters" were friendly and attentive, and it seemed to me that they genuinely cared about their guests. But all the time I was thinking, "What if they're just good actors and they don't really care about me?" But then again, it seems to me that they were sincere, and that's lovely.

Overall, I must admit that "Rüsters" is indeed a beautiful and cozy place where you can enjoy fantastic filter coffee and spend time with friends or family. And although I'm still not sure if I like this place or not, I can't deny that they've done a tremendous job creating such an atmosphere and service. So if you, like me, are an eternally doubting person and can't decide whether to go to "Rüsters" or not, I'd say, "Give it a try; maybe it's just what you need." And even if you remain as uncertain as I am, it's still worth coming and trying this delightful coffee.

In the end, sometimes we just need to take a risk and step into the unknown to realize that it's precisely what we've been looking for. And perhaps one day, I will stop doubting and understand that "Rüsters" is truly the place where I want to spend my time. But for now, I will keep asking myself: "Do I like it or not?", and maybe that's also part of the charm of life. After all, sometimes doubts can be the driving force behind the search for new experiences...

From the moment we stepped into the warm and welcoming space of Ruster Cafe, Wida greeted us with a genuine smile that radiated friendliness and professionalism.Wida approach to service was nothing short of remarkable. Definitely the best restaurant in Ubud!

I have eaten there almost every day for 2 months straight and I'm still excited every time I go there.

Everything there is a hit! From the matcha lattes, iced lattes, to their frappuccino's, (the frap, the slow drip, and cold brew are my favorites). Their pastries are delectable, flaky and quite unique. I highly recommend their unique creation, the Danish Baklava. It's not as sweet or overwhelming as regular Baklava, so you can indulge in several in one day.

They have so many savory dishes as well, so you never tire of them, even if you're there every day. Their Dish Of The Day is always a surprise, and if you're lucky, you'll get there when it's Chili Con Carne!

The Kofta, Danish breakfast, Bircher, Thai Salad, Butter Chicken, Panini's, and Avo Toast are some of my favorites! *vegetarian and vegan options are also available.

The cafe is perfect for family vibes, but also a great place for digital nomads, with high speed internet and designated areas for laptop users. It's nice and air conditioned inside, and the outdoor area is surrounded by lush green bushes, flowers and trees, with fans that create a nice breeze. All in all, a great atmosphere for food, working or socializing.

If you get there on a Sunday, you'll experience the sweetest little organic farmer's marketwith live music! There is also freshly squeezed sugarcane juice, artisanal products, chocolates, ice cream and other goodies!

The staff at Rusters are so welcoming, kind and accommodating. They make the effort of getting to know their customers and their personal needs. Even when they've been super busy, the food has come out quickly and served with care.
