Not overly impressed with the service or brunch/lunch options.

With no really lunch options available we decide just go grab 2 deserts. It took 35 minutes for two deserts to arrive to our table. This was extremely slow service although we weren't in a rush I couldn't understand as the facility was not in any way busy at the time.

The waiter who was in attendance appeared very incompetent. When leaving to pay he told us return to our table to pay which was rather surprising and then gave a tumbs up to another person to say we paid this was very surprising to witness and almost inappropriate.

Great setting and remote location is all I can give my rating for unfortunately.

This is disappointing as the Dome Garden Cafe attached was much more confident on a previous visit.

If you are visiting to work or grab a coffee might be more suited than...

Amazing, innovative food plated like works of art. Service was genuine and hospitable. They do pick-ups and drop-offs too which is a huge plus. This was the only place we went again during our stay in Bali because it was so good. The iced cappuccino was probably one of the best I've ever had. Same with the chocolate lava cake - an overdone cliche elsewhere but here a revelation. The absolute stand-out was the manager Gede. I fell in love with their custom-made stoneware and asked if they would sell it to me. Even though it takes a local artisan 6 weeks to make more, Gede went out of his way to call the owner and sold it to me at cost - then wrapped it up so I could bring it home safely in my luggage. Like wow! That is truly service!!! Gede thanks again and Uname is so lucky to have a wonderful guy like...

This is a strange experience for us. We checked the website and Instagram with it showing their highlight dishes which we were excited about. We arrived and we’re quite surprised everything in website isn’t available. They changed menu totally, without updating all info. We ordered some nasi goreng from Dome and some pesto chicken - good, but not superb. A bit underwhelmed but we’re trying to understand that it is with post Covid situation

Recommendation to management - first off please update all your communication channels and put down all old menu especially if your bestseller dishes are taken out already. It sets expectations for us that just leaves us disappointed.

Also big help if waiters can speak English. And add more vegan...
