I have some complaints / feedback but I’ll still give you 5 stars because the place is brilliant and for a few years now it’s definitely somewhere I would recommend to my friends.

It’s definitely true, the staff are often so rude and make you feel uncomfortable 🫣 I think one factor in this might be the tiny cramped space they have to work in and the fact that they can’t escape customers (sometimes you need a breather and a wall to hide behind so that you’re not constantly bombarded with the next customer). Add in that the place is so popular and thus so busy so staff are probably constantly under the pump. Owner I know potentially difficult to fix this issue but friendlier service wouldn’t go a miss 🫣 Maybe encourage the staff to take a 5 min walk break if their friendly energy drops? I’m not even wholly blaming the staff I think it’s the set up a little… anyway thoughts I hope you take on board

Also I really really want you to up the precautions, can cooking staff wear gloves please šŸ™šŸ¼šŸ™šŸ¼?

But best coffee...

A well established spot in Seseh that’s Aussie owned. Serves great breads, sandwiches, salads, etc. On a nice quiet corner. Makes delicious coffees and also offers cold drinks like Coke Zero, kombucha in a can. Sitting options can be indoor or outdoor, but it’s quite a small place with limited seating. Love the concept of it and the name- simple, clean, chic, no fuss. The art on the wall with ā€˜The World is your Oyster’ is adorable and should really be a print on the shop merch t-shirts! The guys that serve are professional and chill and seem to have a friendly rapport with regular customers. There’s also a little wall in the corner that sells shop merch (e.g. t-shirts), sourdough bread, homemade granola and oat milk by the front door. My favourite dish is their kale, apple and haloumi salad. The ingredients are good quality, consistent and freshly made šŸ˜‹ Been over...

Captive market taking advantage of local community.

We ordered a large flat white with oat milk and was charged 70,000 IDR which is Melbourne pricing. This is 50% more expensive than other coffee shops that we frequent in Canggu and also more than what we paid at the same place last week several times.

The pricing for large flat white with oat milk its not even on the menu but made up which feels dodgy as it was different last week. You pay for a take away premium on top of the oat milk premium. No issue paying for good quality but make pricing transparent, honest, consistent and in keeping with your competitors or you lose business. We...

I love Seseh general store for multiple reasons, the neighborhood it is located is my favorite. I would recommend to get there early as it can be packed very quickly. I love their tumeric mushroom latte and I would reccomend the fruit bowl with a bit of granola. It feels so homey when you’re there as everything is made freshly in front of you and it is a rather small place so it makes you feel super cozy. Nice location to people watch as it is in a turn where people usually pass by, shops are nearby as well and you’re just 2 mn from the beach and sea. It has become one of my favorite cafe’s here on the island.

I have to say that it's one of the best coffee shops I've ever been to. The atmosphere is incredibly inviting, with a cozy tiny building, relaxed vibe that makes it a great spot. The coffee is excellent, and the menu is full of interesting options. But the best part of this place is the fact that you can bring your dog and place in front of the shop around and play. It's a great way to take a break from your day and spend some quality time, making it a great place to bring your pup for a walk.
