Kindly educate your staff about what vegetarian, vegan and other destinations mean. Its not the first time that I ordered a meal which suppose to be vegan but came with “ cream cheese on the side”. Calling one staff member asking if it’s vegan, she’s replying yes it us. Asking her what the sauce is, she’s saying it’s cream cheese. I’m just leaving it because I notice that she has no clue that that actually means. Another guy comes over, saying it’s vegan cream cheese. I’m asking if it’s with milk than or without, he’s saying with milk. I’ve a strong lacto intolerance. Please please educate your staff about dietary needs and respect it. Otherwise it could cause a major issue in the future with someone struggling with allergies for example. Sadly I encounter it too often in Bali that the staff doesn’t know if meals are vegan / vegetarian. Or even know the difference...

Definitely a fave breakkie spot. Why? It’s located in the very crowded Canggu area, but still very reachable in distance and also their menus are all in reasonable prices. And all tastes great. I ordered omelette with veggies when it comes I thought why there’s not veggies at all on the side dishes, then apparently they’re hidden in the omelette 😋 Also the matcha latte taste authentic, it’s unsweetened like many other cafe when you asked for no sugar please they’d say “our matcha powder has been sugar added”. Don’t let the modest look of this place fool you. It may not look like the trendiest Canggu cafe, but they serve amazing coffee and food, have cute doggies and nice music, and the prices are on the low end compared to other similar cafes in the area.
