Warung Makan Neriki — Restaurant in Bali

Food was below average and service was very poor. Had to wait more than 1:10 hours for food to arrive, which was especially a problem as 8 people received their food before us even though they had ordered up to 20 minutes later. Asked the waiter about it and he falsely stated that they had ordered (not true as we saw them ordering next to us). Fried rice arrived but the tempeh goreng was missing. After talking to the waiter, it took 25 more minutes for the tempeh goreng to arrive. Two dishes should not be served 25 minutes apart, especially if you keep on telling food will be there immediately. Don’t recommend going. Forgetting happens,...

A very bad experience for us! We were 4, arrived at 12pm and the first of us was served at 1.45pm, the second at 2.15pm, after which we got fed up of waiting and left without two of us having eaten. And what's more, the fried noodles we ordered weren't even fried. We repeatedly informed the waitress that we'd been waiting for 2 hours, but she wouldn't listen. I am somewhat perplexed by the reviews for this place as this has been the worst meal I’ve had in Bali so far. The flavors were lackluster, bland and did not resemble traditional Bali cuisine. Even my tour guide was shocked and queried the outcome of the food with the staff.
