499 Restoran — Restaurant in Bandung City

This restaurant on Jalan Ahmad Yani, Bandung is a Chinese restaurant that has been certified Halal by MUI. The service staff are friendly, the vibe is not too cozy. The food is indeed a bit expensive compared to similar restaurants in Bandung. The three of us ordered 5 menus, plus a plate of white rice and 3 glasses of coconut juice and were charged more than IDR 485K. The tax and charge totaled around IDR 129K. The total for the three of us was IDR 616K.

For us, who may not be used to Chinese food, the soy sauce on the butter-fried squid made the food too sweet and salty. The cap cay was OK. Now, the Shanghai steak, why did they use fatty diced meat (beef saikoro). And the price was 89K (excluding tax and charge). Wow... wow......

This restaurant feels like nostalgia although this is my first time here. We ordered orange chicken and fuyunghai. Both are packed with flavor. Pernah iseng iseng googling kuliner makanan chinese halal via google. Dan ketemu lah resto ini. Karena memang agak susah cari chinese food yg halal di Bandung. Tp alhamdulillah ketemu jg.

Harganya di menu memang lumayan jg hehe tp pas kami melihat makanannya langsung dan porsinya besar (JUMBO) dan enak. Ya pantas saja harganya lumayan. Hehee...

Value worth. Pokonya insyaAllah.

Oh ya untuk pembayaran mereka hanya menerima CASH ONLY. jadi upayakan ambil dlu uang bisa berjalan ke barat lokasi resto. Atau kalau mau jalan sedikit ada ATM BTN (kalau tdk slh) tp ada jg atm lainnya. Untuk yg mau ambil via atm BNI atau BCA kalau tdk salah harus menyebrang jalan dulu kalau dari resto.

Selain itu pelayanan jg ckp baik, Akang akangnya ramah dan kebersihan ruangan dan resto jg ckp baik.

Hanya saja untuk tempat parkir di daerah sini susah susah gampang. Karena akhirnya kendaraan hrs diparkirkan di pinggir jalan.

Overall semuanya baik. Semoga bisa ditambah lagi menunya ya. Mga ada rejeki lg biar bsa...
