Between Ahong and Mandarin... both are equally good. Classic Kang Kung hotplate dish is their signature. Had them since the 80s and they still around. Super sizzling hot ironcast, slices of beef, quail eggs, fresh Kang Kung and oyster sauce, on a cool bandung night... imagine that... cool air, hot plate kang kung dish, family. Simple yet rewarding, never ever fails.
