Bakmi Karet is a popular Indonesian noodle dish made with thick, chewy noodles. The noodles are made from tapioca flour, which gives them their unique texture. Bakmi Karet is typically served with a savory chicken or beef broth, and topped with a variety of ingredients, such as minced meat, vegetables, and fried shallots.
I recently tried Bakmi Karet for the first time, and I was really impressed with the taste and texture of the noodles. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and they had a great chewiness to them. The broth was also very flavorful, and it was perfectly balanced with the other ingredients.
I ordered the Bakmi Karet with chicken, and I was really happy with the amount of chicken that was in the dish. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and it went perfectly with the noodles and broth. I also really enjoyed the fried shallots, which added a nice crunch to the dish.

Parking : Plenty of parking near by, but in the afternoon and weekend, it is always full. The parking area is on the side of the road.
Decoration : nothing special abouy the decoration, you just need to enjoy the food.
Food & Drinks : Ordered the famous spicy big noodles (bakmi karet rica), and it was fabolous. If you don't eat spicy food, then you can try order salty or sweet noodle (bakmi asin or bakmi manis). Other food that you must try are fried pork meatball, fried dumpling, and dumpling soup (the soup taste really nice). If you don't like noodle, you can try their steamrice (nasi tim), it is homemade and very tasty. They give you fried onion for free too. I always order their sarsaparilla for drinks, it goes well eating with spicy food.
I recommend you to eat on the spot, because if you takeaway, the taste will be a bit different.
Price : not that expensive for that amount of portion.
Overall : Really...

Jualan bukan hanya rasa enak, harga murah...
