Let's talk ambiance first—while somewhat comfortable, the narrow space makes it less recommended for larger groups, especially with kids. However, the focus here is undoubtedly on the star of the show—the food. Now, the food at BebekAli Borme is nothing short of legendary. The duck is not only enormous but also unbelievably juicy, tender, and packed with a perfect balance of sweetness and savory goodness. The sambal, a sweet and not-too-spicy tomato-dominant style, complements the duck impeccably. And fear not, spice enthusiasts! A super spicy garlic chili sambal is also available upon request, adding an extra kick for those who dare. One of the most impressive aspects is the affordability of the dishes, considering the exceptional taste and generous portion sizes. BebekAli Borme delivers an unbeatable value for the price, making it a standout choice for fried duck enthusiasts. In my honest opinion, this is the best fried duck in town, period. A well known street food for quick lunch traditional seasoned fried duck or chicken with sambal. The location is near with college students and crowded area. The front area is rather small for cars parking lot (mostly motorcycles). If you bring your car, please mind first the parking lot. You can alternatively park on the right side or the left one (near interjection). Once you enter the resto, the front waiter will ask your order and if you done the waiter will choose your seating by the persons you bring (on first level or upstairs). I really impressed by the speed of their service from ordering to serving the food. The taste really hit your appetite. The fried duck is hot and fresh served with warm rice and sambal too. Th meat is soo tender that you can easily rip them apart. The seasons are absorbed deep inside the meat and the juicy from the fat rendered perfectly in heat. However, the sambal is not really flavorfull and the eice portion rather small. Other than that, i am satisfied and i will recommend this to many people who want to enjoy best deal of fried duck in town.

FOOD: One of the must-visit place to eat near Dipatiukur! You don’t need to break the bank to have this beautiful delicious duck meat. I think the style of this duck is East Javanese fried type duck goodness. I ordered Fried Kol (Cabbage), Quail Egg skewers and Ati Ampela (liver and heart skewers). All of them is top notch except for the tomato sambal. Too sweet to my liking I hoped for garlic sambal for this kind of food instead. HYGIENE/ATMOSPHERE: It’s so dark and grimy on the first floor, probably the main reason why I don’t give this place a 5 stars instead is because it’s dirty. Not lowkey dirty, but real dirty dirt-dirt. The second floor on the other hand because of the balcony you’re basically more exposed to the outside air so it’s a lot more tolerable. Definitely try your best to get a seat upstairs!

This is really the greatest and tastiest fried duck in town. The duck meat is very tender and juicy. It is very deliciously tasteful. The sambel is also has amazing taste. It is so yummy, and it's not too hot but standard, but really rich in taste. Located in 3 storey shophouse, the place is always crowded by the customers. Everybody wants to came back again n again for this tasty duck. But too pity this place doesn't have good parking lot. Consider to park you car a bit far and come here on foot. If you don't like duck, you can order chicken and offals, with the same sambal, I bet you never feel disappointed. The service is quite fast eventhough full of crowd of people. For those who loves duck meat, you must try it if you never come here yet. It is absolutely so yummy.

Baik wisatawan maupun warga asli Bandung, rasanya sudah tidak asing lagi jika mendengar brand Bebek Ali Borme. Berlokasi pada sebuah ruko di samping Masjid Universitas Padjadjaran, Dipatiukur, resto yang satu ini memiliki bangunan dan lahan parkir yang tidak begitu luas akan tetapi selalu ramai disambut oleh pengunjung. Harga yang ramah dikantong mahasiswa, serta sambal pedas yang sangat enaklah yang menjadi alasan bagi siapapun yang datang berkunjung akan kembali lagi dan lagi. Resto menyediakan dua jenis pilihan lauk yaitu ayam dan bebek, dengan berbagai menu tambahan mulai dari tahu, tempe, ati, ampela, hingga kol goreng. Terdapat dua jenis sambal yang dapat di nikmati secara gratis, favorite saya adalah sambal pedasnya. Ukuran lauknya pun cukup besar untuk satu potong yang dihidangkan. Sebelum memilih tempat duduk, disarankan untuk melakukan pemesanan dengan pelayan yang berjaga pada pintu masuk rumah makan, tidak harus langsung melakukan pembayaran, pembeli dapat terlebih dahulu menyantap hidangan, lalu kemudian melakukan pembayaran ketika akan pulang. Pelayan cukup gesit ketika menyajikan hidangan sehingga tidak usah khawatir akan menunggu terlalu lama. Bagi yang belum pernah mencoba, dapat menggunakan google maps sebagai pemandu jalan, pada area jalan depan resto, tidak dilewati oleh angkutan kota (angkot), sehingga pengunjung perlu jalan sedikit dari depan kampus Unpad. Resto ini buka hampir setiap hari dari pagi hingga malam. Resto ini tidak ramah bagi pengguna kurisi roda, dikarenakan ketika akan memasuki bangunan, pengunjung harus menaiki anak tangga, dan luas antara satu kursi dengan kursi yang lain cukup sempit. Jika, datang dengan menggunakan kursi roda, jangan khawatir, anda dapat memilih opsi take away. Selain itu, terdapat westafel dan toilet umum, akan tetapi jika ingin melakukan ibadah sholat, disarankan untuk mampir ke Masjid Unpad, dikarenakan lokasi mereka yang sangat dekat dan lebih nyaman. Meskipun PPKM telah dilonggarkan sehingga rumah makan sudah dapat beroperasi seperti sedia kala akan tetapi dengan kondisi new normal, diharapkan pengunjung dapat tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan dan menjaga kebersihan selama berada di wilayah rumah makan. Selamat menikmatiii, jangan lupa bungkus untuk dibawa pulang ya!

As an East Java native who's had his fair share of duck-based dishes at a number of different places, I'm gonna be honest and put this out here, this particular restaurant does not live up to the hype that surrounds it. It should go without saying that everything written here is subjective, so please keep that firmly in mind. - Rice, ~€0.2, it was okay. Nothing out of the ordinary. - Fried duck thigh, ~€1.5, tender. In fact, too tender for my liking. Lacked the sensation of biting and chewing into it, almost as if it just slipped straight into my stomach. Also a bit bland. - Hot tea, ~€0.2, it was ok. As for the place, I believe it'd certainly appreciate some cleaning and improvements.
