KFC — Restaurant in Bandung City

The vibe is gorgeous. There are seats outside and inside, you can choose. It has two floors. You order food and drink on the first floor and can enjoy your meals on either floor you desire. This KFC also provides coffee; there is a special section for coffee and dessert in the first floor. On the second floor, most seats are completed with electric sockets. I am not sure about the first floor, tho. On the second floor you can also find kids playground in an indoor room. This must be the worst KFC I've ever been as a world traveler! There is absence of management and front counter staff is oblivious of their level of service. I've waited for a full 5 minutes to be served. Only 2 cash tills were opened despite the d as CT there are at least 15 people in queue. Finally when served, my order was a porridge combo plus scrambled eggs, I had to wait at the table for another 8 minutes!!! Already I can see at least 12 people still waiting for their takeaways. Today ais June 21 @ 0840 hours....
