Sederhana restaurant — Restaurant in Bandung City

Usually this place is my favourite padang food. For online delivery, and for dine in.

I have never gone here since pandemic. And yesterday is the first time in years to dine in. And the concept is changed. The service quality is so declined.

The rice is already put in the plate, not with bakul. So the portion of the rice somehow very decreased. And the worst part is, after the rice come, we only have rice in our table for 20minutes, no other food is come to our table. Why?

I have called 3 waitress who are not that busy, but no one come to serve the food. The restaurant is not that busy, only 5 tables have customer and they are eating, not just coming, so the waiter can serve the food, NORMALLY, but not this day.

Worst experience in this restaurant. Only once happened, so I dont give this place 1 star for only today experience, but I will never forget to never come back for dine-in in...

Sederhana is the no.1 fast food chain in Indonesia. For me they are among one of the best joint for padang restaurant. Price is more expensive but worth the food quality & overall service.

This outlet is one of the biggest in town. Tenth of tables, praying room. Didn't see designated smoking area & could see couple guys smoking on their table in the same room.

Plenty parking space & easy access to go in-out. Several public transport route passing the main road in front...

If this restaurant doesn't deserve a five star ( even though Padang food can get a little disgusting sometimes when you see bits and pieces of leftover food from previous diners), I don't know what does

The flavour is simply a 10/10, the rice is a 10/10, the unlimited rice when you dine on the spot is 10/5 (only applies to this Sederhana spot). So why give it less...
