Happy Resto — Restaurant in Bangka-Belitung Islands

this place is actually both restaurant and bakery. they're located in the same building but you need to order separately since the cashiers are different, depending on what you buy. both have old fashioned vibes, and the service is quite unpleasant.

the food at the restaurant is actually delicious. the fried fish is crispy and tasty. the stir fry kangkong is not overcooked. the waitresses on the other hand are something else. when we went there, they kept sending the wrong menu we ordered, so we needed to remind them the right ones. when we're about to pay, the bill had some differences, especially on the menu and price. they said the price on the menu had not been updated yet for a while, but they never told us since the beginning. the agreed to correct the bill for something we didn't order, though.

the same thing can be said with the bakery. the pineapple sponge cake is really delicious. the cashier is the problem. when we finished our order, the cashier said the amount we had to pay, so we paid accordingly. but when we received the receipt, the amount was different. we told the cashier that what she asked earlier was more than the actual receipt. she didn't say sorry or anything, she just handed out back the...

Gak apa sih kalau ibu ibu di bagian kasir nya kesel, cuma please jangan sampe keliatan lg kesel Sesuai dengan namanya Happy Resto, kita harus selalu Happy ya Kak, biar ada yang bikin kesel tapi tetep harus keep smile ya, walaupun kakak nya posisinya bener atau apapun itu buatlah pelanggan merasa nyaman hehehe barusan liat ada yg berusaha nyela antrian buat bayar karena mungkin yang di depannya lg ngobrol ama temennya terus Bapak itu mau bayar dan mungkin juga bapaknya ga tau kalau ibu depannya juga lg antri bayar, hehehe lsg di Gas ama kakak kasir 😁

Sebenernya kakak itu bark kok, mungkin karena situasi rame jd agak emosi dikiiiiiiiiit aja, tp abis itu ngelayanin pelanggan lain dengan ramah kok, cuma pas bagian Bapak Bapak tadi aja yg agak nge Gas hehehe Kur kue nya variatif, banyak pilihan kadang sampe bingung mau beli yang mana, semua terlihat yummieeee

Overall selalu suka ama kuah fuyunghai nya

Makan di tempat dengan suasana tengah kota, enak enak aja sih
