Sop Ayam Pak Min Klaten Sorowajan — Restaurant in Bantul Regency

I was surprised when my order came out. It was nothing but boiled chicken thigh in broth. No veggies at all. But when i took my first sip, I was even more surprised. The broth was rich in umami flavour, well seasoned. I didnt add any condiment (kecap or sambal) since i want to savor the original taste.

Not the original sop ayam pak Min, it taste a little bit different with the original ones. But it still good to have...

Saat datang, pesan di kasir, eh kasirnya main hp, ga cepat tanggap kalo ada pelanggan. Rasa kuahnya beda² tiap kali datang ke sana. Porsi kuah juga dikit. Tapi saat ngeliat meja sebelah kok banyak banget ya kuahnya? Mungkin beda kali ya yang meracik. Kebersihan lumayan bersih. Parkirnya gratis, tapi emang sering ribet karena sebelah ada atm makanya...
