Beberapa kali sudah mencoba cafe Amati Cabang Tiban, kali ini mencoba Amati Cabang Batam Kota (Sydney Hotel). Pemesanan menu menggunakan barcode yang tersedia di tiap meja. Agak kurang nyaman karena petugasnya tidak meng-update status pesanan, sehingga kita jadi tidak tahu apakah pesanan kita sudah diproses atau belum. Utk area Outdoor, di malam hari, ada live music (sepertinya jazz), jadi agak sulit utk mengobrol, silahkan menikmati musiknya saja. Untuk area indoor, ada masalah yang sama dengan Amati cabang Tiban, AC yang tidak dingin! Padahal sudah pakai 5 AC.
