I have booked my place by putting my helmet since the queue is very long due to the break fast time. I was in the midst of 39C, since i was having a bad fever throughout the day. Once i got my food after 1 hour queing and headed to the place where my helmet was, the place was already occupied by a couple. I asked them did u see a helmet on the table, they said the waiter asked them to put away the helmet and sat down. The man called the waiter and withouth even saying sorry, headed back to the place. The waiter was even worse. When i told him off, he ignored me and pulled a combined table next to another couple with snobbish look as thoug saying that he managed to settle the problem. If i was with a friend, i might understand the situation, but i was alone and was in a sick condition. Hopefully, the management will look upin this matter. It is the manner of your employees that will or will not ruin the organization's...
