Baresto Cafe DC Mall Batam — Restaurant in Batam City

Came here for dinner after shopping around at DC Mall. Been here before. I feel like giving comments here especially after an unpleasant service experience at a shop called It's Me Fashion (selling apparels) on the same floor.

Overall happy with this restaurant as the service(staff are much more service-oriented than the female cashier and a young male attendant at It's Me Fashion shop - big constrast), food and atmosphere are reasonably good (above average).

There is a list of regular promo items here and I have tried their ubi keju (if I am right abt the name - it's some fried sweet potato stuff) before (during my past visit). I like the dish very much as it was crispy and filling tasted nice, but a pity that it was sold out today). Other dishes I tried are also not bad. I personally think worth it for foodies to give it a try.

Today I ordered ice kacang & mie ayam Ice kacang - toppings are good except for the cendol that tasted average Mie ayam - taste of food OK, not over(not too salty) for the soup and sauce. Kerupuk's crispness is still there. Noodle's texture is fine.

Cuma bbrpa kali kesini,tujuannya beli kuota(kartu kuota),kebetulan ada paket 30 gb kalo tidak salah,harga cukup murah(75rb),disertai 13 angka,biasanya kartu cuma 13 angka,aku harap ini bisa jadi spesial,karena aku sangat kagum dengan angka 13,bukan aku tak mau beralih kartu lain,dengan promosi yang fantastis misalnya,maaf,tuk saat ini aku lom mau beralih,sebuah hal kocak pernah terjadi,karena niat yang besar,aq pergi sejenak tuk ninggalin lokasi kerja,aku bergegas kesana,ketika mau pulang kalo tak salah,aku salah masuk jalan keluar,talinya aku tabrak ampe,yang jaga senyum,malu tapi sih,tapi aku hiraukan aja,karena merasa lega udah beli kartu buat kuota,aku pun merasa lega,kartu lama udah tidak aku pakai lagi,bukan ada maksud lain,memang semua ini spontan aku merasa kagum dengan kartu yang aku dapat,aku pun memilih beralih kartu..kedua kartu yang mempunyai 13 digit,aku pake sampai sekarang..maaf dan maaf,aku hanya tak ingin ada kesalahpahaman,ada arti apa dengan kartu itu,tolong,jangan sertai dengan kebencian..terima kasih banyak atas...

Pretty decent place to eat out. Been a regular here. Prices are average, not too high, but not on the down low either. Taste is great, cant go wrong with most of the items on the menu.

Their orange juice is great! Ask for less ice. Although it's not always available.

Overall I'd definitely recommend trying...
