Gapyeong Korean BBQ Batam — Restaurant in Batam City

Went to this restaurant for dinner time (7pm), At 1st floor, the side dish was very little than their promotion on reels or ig story (just have mini cake, mini pie and mini lumpia) where's the premium dessert, mini pudding, sushi and the others ? 🤔 Because There aren't many customer in that time.

Dipping sauce taste was so so, nothing special.

This korean bbq don't have mandatory side dish like other Korean ayce = kimchi ☹️

The saikoro beef was too frozen, take a time to grill, so the wagyu sirloin.

Slice beef was too thin, help 😭

Ice cream sectioned was used the big basket of 3 flavors (strawberry, chocolate and vanilla) and must asked the staff to give you, meanwhile other restaurants freely to choose because they offered ice cream sticks.

Service was good, fast and helpful.

Note : Please pay more attention to the "mini guest that not invited", you have many staff and spv in charge that can avoid this unnecessary stuff happen for...

Took the standard package at 119k rp excluding service charge. Only have 2 types of meat, chicken and beef. Very limited choices. Have some desserts. Free flow of 2 types of drinks. Sauce is good. No seafood included at all. Ice cream was unavailable. Very disappointed. Not worth the price when there are items unavailable or out of stock. We pay for full packsge but several items are unavailable. That is very unacceptable. Not worth the price if never informed earlier of...

I came here to eat lunch,and i was left satisfied.I ate AYCE here and there was many options,there was either shabu-shabu and Korean Grill.I obviously chose BBQ,i ate here not cheap.1 Person=110.000 Rp.But it was worth it.Anyways the BBQ was delicious,and i mighrve grabbed and ate too much,and i got bloated.But the place was okay and the service is okay too.Overall,this restaurant is just like any Korean Grill It...
