A Hidden Gem in the Batam City: A Cafe with a Cozy Vibe and Delightful Eats
Nestled in a quiet corner of the city, this cafe is a breath of fresh air for coffee lovers and food enthusiasts alike. From the moment you step inside, youâre greeted by a spacious interior thatâs both minimalist and welcoming, with a warm, earthy touch thanks to the natural teak wood furniture. The decor is simple, yet striking, with a giant monstera taking center stage, giving the space an inviting, down-to-earth ambiance.
The Coffee: Where the Magic Begins
Coffee enthusiasts will be in their element here, with the cafeâs offerings ranging from perfectly brewed espressos to unique house specials. The standout drink, however, is the Dirty Latte. This indulgent concoction brings together rich, velvety espresso and cold milk in perfect harmony, with just the right balance of boldness and creaminess. It's a must-try for anyone looking for a twist on the traditional latte experience.
Each cup is meticulously crafted, ensuring that the coffee is not only delicious but also a visual treat. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or someone who just enjoys a good brew, the drinks here will not disappoint.
A Taste of Heaven: Food That Complements the Coffee
While the coffee is the star, the food at this cafe is equally worth raving about. Start your day with their Cream Croissant, a light, flaky pastry filled with a rich and smooth cream that melts in your mouth. It's the perfect accompaniment to your morning coffee, with its delicate balance of sweetness and buttery goodness.
For those in the mood for something savory, the Mozzarella Cheese Stick is a revelation. Crispy on the outside and oozing with gooey mozzarella on the inside, itâs a delightful treat that will satisfy your craving for comfort food. The cafeâs menu strikes a balance between light bites and more indulgent offerings, making it an ideal spot whether youâre grabbing a quick snack or settling in for a leisurely meal.
A Space to Relax and Unwind
What truly sets this cafe apart, though, is the atmosphere. Unlike many cramped coffee spots, this cafe offers an abundance of space. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, making it a great spot to work, catch up with friends, or simply relax with a good book. The simple decor, with its clean lines and natural materials, creates a calm and unpretentious vibe that encourages you to slow down and enjoy the moment.
The giant monstera plant, which stands tall in the center of the room, adds a touch of greenery and life to the space, while the teak wood furniture exudes warmth and comfort. Every detail, from the choice of furniture to the soft lighting, contributes to an overall feeling of coziness and tranquility.
Final Thoughts
In a city filled with bustling cafes, this one stands out for all the right reasons. Its combination of excellent coffee, delicious food, and a spacious, relaxing environment make it a place you'll want to return to again and again. Whether youâre stopping by for a quick Dirty Latte or lingering over a Cream Croissant while soaking in the cozy atmosphere, this cafe is sure to become your new...
Read moreI think this is the best coffee place so far! đ kudos for the team. Today I accidentally went there for the very first time. I was standing opposite the building because wondering my self where to go.
However, I decided to drove here and ordered 1 cappuccino and garlic cheese bread. Not to forget remind the staff to make your coffee hotter than usual (I donât know but I foundâafter several visits to coffee shops, they tend to make the coffee just lukewarm).
As a result, it was beyond my expectations because their coffee good and the garlic cheese bread was mouth watering (if you donât like garlic as much as I do, youâll find itâs too strong taste). I really enjoy every bite that I have! Must try for you. The place is super cozy for working space incase you want for a change. But bear in mind, they donât have power point on every single table. Only couple of corner which close to the wall.
Overall, I have best experience and definitely will come back đ
As I said, Iâve definitely come back. Have been here several times and tried several menu. Mushroom croissant is must to try! Itâs tasty, juicy from the shrooms. Hence, a little bit too much peppery for me so I donât need to add the chili sauce on the side that they served us. May be next time they donât have to put too spicy like that đ
I keep coming back to this place as one of my favourite. The winner for main dish is CHICKEN NANBAN! You...
Read moreI went there at 8PM, so it's not so crowded. The place is nice, simple, and very cozy. I ordered some food there.
Croissant with cream filling (9/10) : taste very nice, creamy whipped cream & not too sweet tasting. Croissant layered well & crispy
Chicken strips (8/10) : taste quite nice, seasoned well, and the dipping sauce is also nice.
Egg samdwich (7/10) : it's egg sandwich, taste standard. What would you expect?
Cheese croquette (8/10) : the potato outer layer is a little too mushy for me, but the rest is quite nice. Cheese is melty, the seasoning is good, and the crumb layering also quite thick so it can hold it's shape.
I also ordered mushroom soup with croissant, but sorry no photo taken (8/10) : it's quite nice, creamy, thick, and have generous shimeji mushroom inside. You will like this soup if you like creamy soup.
Overall, it's nearly perfect for me! Will definitely go there again if I have the chance to...
