If you love coffee and really want to learn more or just to expand your knowledge, you should definitely come to this place. Or maybe you’re an architect/interior designer? This is also a good place for you.
Located in an industrial area, Pippo coffee roasters serve coffee. Not in the usual understanding of coffee, since they serve 3 different kinds of espresso beans for your espresso based drink for you to choose. This place is the first place I’ve gone to that serves Liberica and Excelsa for espresso. I tried a split of the Liberica, and it was such a good decision to make.
They designed the interior themselves and is actually located in front of an interior design/materials company. My architect friend had a blast there with all the different materials.

What stood out just as much as the coffee was the service: warm, present, and genuinely generous. The barista answered all my (probably excessive) questions without a hint of condescension — just real curiosity and pride in the craft.
Small roaster, but you can tell they care deeply about what they’re doing — both in the cup and across...
