We were not greeted, not served properly, and when we asked questions, we were ignored. When the cashier arrived, their expression felt condescending, and every question we asked was answered curtly with a simple “no,” without a hint of politeness. We came with the intention to buy, not to beg.

If you’re unwilling to serve, it would be much better to say so directly rather than treat customers as if they don’t belong. I’m sorry, but with this kind of experience, I’ll be recommending my friends and others to consider going elsewhere—somewhere that values and respects its...
