We had breakfast at Selera Restaurant at Nongsa Point Marina & Resort. The spread was very basic — a mix of Indonesian, Chinese, and Western selections. Taste-wise, everything was just okay. Nothing stood out, but it was sufficient to fill us up for the morning.
The best part of the experience was the view. The restaurant overlooks the marina and sea, and having breakfast with the sound of waves and sea breeze made the otherwise average meal more enjoyable. Service was decent, and the area was clean, though food trays took a while to be refilled.

Read moreThe food here is expensive for Batam standards, and it’s not very nice. My brother had the beef burger and the meat was tough. I had the chicken burger which was ok but definitely not worth the price. Would be cheaper even if you take a Grab/Gojek out for a meal.
