I've bad experience visiting their branch at Batam Center, The soto it was just okay in taste, I have to deal with so many big green flies around my food and even before the food was served, so many flies around their pot of soup. I ordered Sotong Goreng tepung and this is the one that upset me, Sotong is already stink and they still fry as serve it to customer. what a really let down....
