I was here bringing my son and my sister to have lunch. It was not crowded and I ordered smoothly. But 30 minutes later no foods were coming to ours. Even my congee which is supposed to be the appetizer is still in the steamer (said the last waitress I asked). Pushing call button to ask for my order status was being ignored. Four times. This was the worst service ever I've experienced. I really love Imperial Kitchen but to my dismay the new branch in Bogor doesn't live up the expectation of the other branches I've visited. If there were problems whatsoever in the kitchen it should be informed to the customer and they have right to know when their food will be ready. Coming here in very hungry state is not recommended. we tried the chef recommended spicy beef glass noodles and frog shaped dumpling, and hainanese chicken rice.

the spicy beef glass noodles is top notch. glass noodles are al-dente, beef is tender, love the spiciness.

the frog shaped dumpling is flavorful, you need to dip it in a sauce else it could be quite dry.

the hainanese chicken rice is delicious. i like the drumstick part of the chicken. the meat is tender, moist and tasty. the fragrant rice is on the sticky side but still enjoyable.

Awal mau pesen aja udah ribet harus via web buka menu nya.

Slide 1 per 1 dengan 40an halaman itu agak memakan waktu. Menu yang dipesan tidak seperti tampilan di gambar.

Saya pesan teh tawar, niatnya es teh tawar. Namun tidak ditanyai mau es atau panas langsung diberi teh tawar panas. Setelah saya komplain, akhirnya diberi es teh tawar namun mbak2 pengantarnya keliatan banget sewot main taruh aja gk bilang "ini minumannya", udah gitu taruhnya jauh banget dari jangkauan saya.

Tahu jamur lada garam: tahu nya tidak ada rasa sama sekali, bumbu tidak merata

Nasi ayam chasiu: ayamnya dikit dan kecil sekali. Menu diet saya bahkan lebih mengenyangkan daripada ini.

Ayam kungpau: ayamnya dikit dan kecil, bawang2an dan sejenisnya saja yg penuh.

Sayuran lokal: isinya batangnya saja dengan beberapa daun. Sangat2 hemat untuk harga segitu.

Porsi sangat dikit untuk harga sedemikian rupa.

Mungkin untuk nasi gorengnya porsinya lumayan lah. Tapi saya lupa dengan harganya karena tidak memesan dan hanya melihat dari sebelah saya.

Saya heran kenapa byk org di waktu itu yg makan di sini.

Saya kecewa sekali, saya tidak berharap akan makan di resto ini lagi.
