For a sundanese restaurant not having a proper vegetables is not a good thing, their "lalap" is a few leaves on a bamboo plate, quite sad really, when other sundanese restaurants they have various vegetables offered for free. A lot of the menu is not available, yet they make no effort in stating that on the menu, it is annoying when you spend time to think what you wanna eat, and the waiter just said, not available. They also sell coffee, unfortunately even with proper machine, they still don't know how to make proper coffee. All their coffees are sweet by default, they make no effort in separating the sugar or ask how the customer wants sugar in their coffee, its like drinking instant coffee while paying for freshly brewed coffee. restaurant and catering service provider. you can say that their signature dish is their nasi timbel. on the nasi timbel package you can find steamed rice wrapped with banana leaf, crunchy ikan asin/salted fish, oncom/fermented soy bean, tahu/tofu and tempe. and of course you will need to have the sambal also. they offer es podeng for dessert which you can chose if you want something sweet to sweep the hotness of the sambal. the restaurant setting itself is located on a housing area, some tables and chairs area and also some "lesehan' area.

The restaurant has its unique design with high ceiling and a little collection of animals in the backyard. We ordered spaghetti, fried rice and nasi timbel. Their taste were average, nothing special. And it can be quite hot if you get the seat under the glass roof. The worst is there's no non-smoking section here.
